Never heard of or used Chomp to search for Android apps.... using Google Play to search for apps on Google Play really works just fine.

Google is working towards having multiple admins on the Brand Page, somewhat like Facebook, who will maintain and control the page. From a business point of view, Google Plus pages are more effective and can easily promote brands.This is because even people outside of your "circles" can view the Brand Page. The Brand Page also has an upperhand as one has access to Google's other sevices and tools, like search engine, documents, Google Maps, shopping, videos, news, places, etc. With these advantages it certainly looks as though Google Plus is gonna win the race in the coming years.

Google Plus has hangouts where people can video chat with multiple friends in one go! Facebook has yet to match this feature! Facebook only has been able to implement group chats but certainly not video chats with multiple users within one chat. Right now there are 750 million users on Facebook and they are happy to use Facebook services, whereas Google Plus is going to need to pull people off of Facebook, wean them off and convince them that Google plus has better features and functions that beat those on Facebook. That's the only way they can get people to come and use their services rather than the big boy Facebook.

Very nice, DirecTV finally came out with an app for the iPad! It looks like it has a lot of cool features that it can do. The only thing I don’t see is streaming. That is one of the main features that I think would make the iPad that much better. As an employee and customer of DISH Network, I can say that the DISH Remote Access app works amazingly with my iPad. Using my 722 with a Sling Adapter, I have access to all my recorded programs as well as live TV. I don’t even have to be home to get all this. So it is great that DirecTV is finally getting somewhere, but they are still too far behind the other companies.
